Nakshatra Foods, was launched in the truest intention of offering every one the experience of 5 star cuisines at a very affordable rates. This concept was birthed with the inspiration that India though in its vast diversities has subtle but yet very distinct cultural traits that have mostly influenced the recipes, and to offer those recipes in a manner that is prepared by its unique standards and ingredients. As such an offering of this nature was not presented earlier to anybody or to any one in this part of India.

Which is why,Nakshathra Foods found the film and food feast as an ideal setting to launch this mega concept. This concept is also MEGA in its management too. The whole event in Island grounds is managed by Chefs with experience from notable 3 and 5 star hotels in South India. In fact, the launch saw chefs from Jumeira Beach Resorts to witness the Grand occasion.

Nakshatra Foods Food Court, it was mandatory the cuisines reflected the essence of our inspirations hence cuisine in the likes of Andhra, kerala, Tamil Nadu, Chettinadu, Kannadiga and Punjabi. Mughalai not to mention the favorite of all Chinese are in the fullest display and emphasize items like dosa and kothu parotta.
